What if I have received a damaged product?
We undergo an extensive quality check process so be rest assured that the products are up to the international standards and post that they are dispatched to you.
However in any rare case (due to any handling issue of the furniture), you receive a damaged product, please contact us on customer care representatives on +91 92-050- 73-817 (10 AM – 7 PM) within 7 days of receipt and email us a few photographs along with the order number and item code at care@jungleewood.com for us to assess the extent of damage.
Depending upon the type of damage we shall send necessary parts / replacement or send our expert technicians to assess and fix the issue.
What if I do not like the product?
We, at Jungleewood, work to ensure that you get what you see on our website.
We do not offer exchanges (unless the product was damaged on arrival and we are unable to replace the item) and refunds for order cancellations.
Can I change / cancel my order?
The modification can be done for any higher value / upgraded product within 24 hrs of your order placement.
Any requisition cannot be admitted after 24hrs / or after the shipping process has started.
What if the product has missing parts or defects?
If you have received your product with missing parts, defects or accessories, immediately notify our Customer Care team. A replacement will be sent over to you as soon as possible. You will need to inform us of any missing parts/ defects within 48 hours of delivery of the product, in order to receive the replacement.
Can I return a product that is found to be faulty upon use?
Some Jungleewood.com products have an additional warranty period offered by the manufacturer and Jungleewood.com. If after using such a product, you identify any flaw or manufacturing defect, please check the manufacturer’s warranty document shipped with the product and contact them directly (Call Centers/ accredited Technical Assistance centers).
If you are unable to contact the manufacturer, please get in touch with our Customer Care representative. We will be happy to get in touch with the manufacturer on your behalf and facilitate a resolution.
What if the packaging of the product is damaged upon delivery?
If you discover that the product packaging has been opened or is damaged, please do not accept the package and immediately notify our Customer Care team. We will offer a full refund, or send a replacement product, depending on your preference and product availability.
What is the return notice period?
Jungleewood.com has a NO questions asked returns policy across all categories.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. We will gladly accept any unused product in its original packing within 30 days of delivery.
How do I return a product to Jungleewood.com?
If you wish to return any product, please inform a customer care representative at Jungleewood.com. Products returned without our knowledge will be returned to the customer, and we will not be able to process the request.
To return a product as per our return policy, please log in a request with our Customer Care team, either by sending an email to returns@jungleewood.com or calling us at +91 92-050-73- 817 (10 AM – 7 PM). Once a return request is authorized and approved from our end, we will pick up the product ourselves. In locations where we do not have our Reverse Pickup services, please ship the product in a transit worthy packaging, safely to our warehouse at the below mentioned address
